Each class starts with a warm-up and stretching session, followed by goal-oriented workouts specific to the class’s focus (e.g., strength, conditioning, mobility).
How long is each class?
Classes typically last about an hour.
Who will be teaching the class?
All of our classes are led by certified personal trainers who specialize in various fitness areas.
What days and times are the classes offered?
Classes are offered throughout the week. Strength & Conditioning runs from 6am-7am and 7am-8am Monday to Friday. TLA classes are held 5pm-6:30pm on weekdays. Check our schedule for more details.
