HAP is officially a Hyrox Affiliated Facility, and we want to welcome YOU to join the newest Hyrox Training Club right here in LaSalle! Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running with functional fitness movements, and is developed to push your inner athlete and level up your training routine. Whether you’re aiming for power, endurance or a full-body challenge, HAP has a Hyrox class for you! 

As a Hyrox affiliated gym, HAP now offers specialized training focused on improving strength, endurance, and functional fitness through standardized workouts. It's designed to help participants prepare for Hyrox races, where they complete a series of running and fitness challenges. 

HAP also gains access to discounted passes for Hyrox events, merchandise, swag and EARLY ACCESS to registrations for upcoming Hyrox events. We are hoping to send members to compete in races throughout North America, while also hosting community Hyrox events here in LaSalle!

What is Hyrox?

The Hyrox race combines 8 kms of running, split up into 1 km increments with functional fitness modalities in between each kilometer. The modalities include rowing, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, walking sandbag lunges and wall balls. 


Hyrox is a standardized race, which means that the same 8 workouts are done at every event WORLDWIDE. This makes it easy to track your progress, work on improving key movements and compete with athletes across the globe.

HAP now offers Hyrox specific classes

Monday - Friday at 5am, 4pm and 6:30pm! The classes we offer will follow Hyrox Official programming, and will focus on all aspects of the race focusing on athlete endurance, power and overall enhancing strength to dominate the heavier aspects of Hyrox races. 

The workouts are created using Hyrox Official programming, and will be available 24/7 at HAP, changing each week. The 4 categories of workouts offered include Foundational, Power, Engine and Complete, which all focus on different aspects of the Hyrox race. 

Foundational Class - designed to introduce you to the basics of Hyrox training. You’ll learn key movements like rowing, lunges, and sled pushes, while building your strength and endurance at your own pace. This class focuses on proper form and gradually prepares you for more advanced challenges. Whether you’re new to fitness or just starting your Hyrox journey, our Foundational class sets the stage for long-term success!

Power Class - focuses on building raw strength through high-intensity weightlifting and explosive exercises. You’ll tackle movements like heavy sled pushes, farmer's carries, and kettlebell swings, all designed to maximize your power output and muscle endurance. This class is perfect for those looking to enhance their strength and dominate the heavier aspects of Hyrox races. Join our Power class to lift, push, and pull your way to peak performance!

Engine - all about building endurance and cardiovascular strength. Through a mix of running, rowing, and other high-intensity conditioning exercises, you’ll train your heart and lungs to keep going strong. This class is perfect for improving your stamina and performance during longer, endurance-focused sections of Hyrox races. Push your limits and boost your endurance with our Engine class, designed to help you go the distance.

Complete - the ultimate full-body challenge, combining strength, endurance, and functional fitness. In this class, you’ll tackle a balanced mix of weightlifting, running, rowing, and bodyweight exercises, simulating a real Hyrox race experience. Perfect for those looking to test and improve all areas of fitness, the Complete class helps you train like a well-rounded athlete. Join us to master every aspect of Hyrox and elevate your performance!
