Designed for high school football players in Windsor-Essex County, our Elite Off-Season Football Camp offers a structured, high-quality development program to take your game to the next level.

Skill Development: Master passing, catching, route running, defensive coverage, and strategic gameplay in a fast-paced, non-contact format.
Strength & Conditioning: Tailored weight room training focusing on strength, agility, and conditioning, guided by expert coaches to emphasize injury prevention and safe techniques.
Team Values: Foster teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic to prepare for success on and off the field.
What is the weekly schedule?
Tuesday & Thursday (Weight Room Training)
Time: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Location: Hesman Athletics and Performance Ltd., 1555 Talbot Rd, Unit 402, LaSalle, ON N9H 2N2
Saturday/Sunday (7v7 Football)
Time: TBD
Location: Indoor turf or University of Windsor
Tournaments & League Games:
Jan 25-26: Midnight Madness Tournament @ Legacy Center, Brighton, Michigan
February: Legacy Michigan League (4 weekends) @ Legacy Center, Brighton, Michigan
March 15-16: Prep Redzone Elite Pittsburgh 7v7 Tournament
March 22-23: Chicago Top Gun Tournament
Note: On weekends without tournaments, practices will be held at Central Park or the University of Windsor.
